Communication between the school and parents is essential and should be based on trust and mutual respect to establish a bridge between the family and school worlds. 

This coherence and complementarity between the two worlds of family and school are crucial for the fulfillment and efficient development of our children/students.

At MIS,

we have two services available to parents:

An active educational department:

The educational department organizes several meetings during the school year

  • Including a meeting before the start of the school year specifically for new parents
  • A collective parent/teacher meeting at the beginning of the school year (mid-September)
  • One or more pedagogical meetings during the year (presentations of materials and/or discussions on education-related topics)
  • Individual meetings during the year at our or the families' request.
  • We also have Parent-Student Mornings each year where parents can observe their child's classroom,
  • Hey may be asked to participate in school celebrations, present their profession or workplace, or lead a specific workshop in class.

n administrative department at your disposal

The Modern International School administration is responsible for:

  • Providing you with all important information regarding your child's life at school (absences, illness, authorization for pick-up by designated individuals, scheduling appointments...)
  • Answering questions about school fees and extracurricular activities.
  • Assisting parents who wish to enroll their child in our school.
