Dear Parents,
We are delighted to announce the launch of the “Modern International School” in Tangier, a premium kindergarten and primary school with a modern and positive approach to education.
Our school is the culmination of our personal experience and family background. As French citizens, we moved to Tangier in 2019, a city with numerous strengths and qualities. To create a perfect environment for our children, we always dreamt of an excellent school that embodies:
• A culture of well-being and care
• A commitment to prioritize the happiness of our students
• A French language program that matches the highest standards of education in France
• An equal emphasis on the English language, with an American English curriculum
• Mathematics and Science programs that are taught in English, French, and Arabic
• A dedication to Arabic and Islamic education
• Activities designed to develop multiple intelligences, such as theater, public speaking, martial arts, and foreign languages
• An active pedagogy approach that incorporates neuroscience research and concrete learning tools
• A student-centered learning approach
• A multicultural environment with international teachers from France, America, Spain, and China.
In summary, we design our school to create world citizens who are open-minded, well-equipped and prepared to travel the world while remaining proud of their origins, culture, and identity.
We searched for this dream school in Tangier but could not find it. Therefore, we created the “Modern International School” that embodies all the elements we dreamt of. Our passion for active pedagogy, knowledge of neuroscience, speech therapy experience, professionalism, energy, and know-how are all employed to provide the highest quality education for our students and yours.
We have finally realized our dream for our children, and we are confident that we can do the same for you.

-Specialist in active pedagogy (collaborated with several Canadian, French, and Belgium schools)
-Specialist in positive discipline
-Member of several active pedagogy research centers in France, Belgium, and Canada. 18 years of professional experience abroad.
