We have implemented a series of activities aimed at developing multiple intelligences and transversal skills for our students.
In each area, we have carefully selected the best instructor who meets the high-quality and pedagogical standards of our school, the “Modern International School.”
We have prepared unique pedagogical, cultural, and sports content that is designed to facilitate the positive development of our students’ personalities and intelligence under optimal conditions, according to a well-defined program that is structured to achieve specific objectives.
To develop physical intelligence in our students, we have implemented a rich and varied program that includes full martial arts (groundwork, point/footwork, and self-defense), swimming, and soccer, among other activities.
MIS MARTIAL ARTS:
At MIS, we have opted for a combination of three martial arts that will provide comprehensive training for the children. The transmission of martial arts within our school is global, including the culture of the country of origin.
TEAKWONDO CONTACT: TEAKWONDO & SELF-DEFENSE:
We are proud to have Si Abdelwahid Bougrine on our staff, a martial arts expert with 45 years of experience and a Master 7th dan of taekwondo, 5th DAN Total Contact Coree, and 4th DAN Hapkido. He is a very well-known and respected personality in the martial arts community and has trained several world champions, including Jaouad Achab (2 times world champion of taekwondo), Bad Achab (Belgium Champion), Nawfal Bougrine (Belgium Champion), and Khalid Joubiari (Italy Champion).
In his club, he trains 100 students each year.
Not only does Si Abdelwahid Bougrine excel in transmitting his technical knowledge to children, but he also instills important values such as respect and education. It is a great honor to have him as part of our team.

JUDO :
The judo section is led by the trio of teachers Abdelkrim, Mounir, and Abdeltif, who are all passionate and experienced in judo. They enjoy sharing the values and practices of this ancestral martial art with children.
SWIMMING :
In collaboration with a sports center, we carry out training courses for our students according to their needs.
SOCCER :
Our MIS elementary school students participate in two weekly soccer sessions, where they also learn the values of sportsmanship and respect for others
To develop the spiritual intelligence of our students, MIS Primary School has implemented Minhaj Al Muslim Sarir. This program consists of two main and complementary activities:
Minhaj Attafakur:
A program that instills the right knowledge of belief, knowledge of Allah, love for others, and much more. It is a rich and playful program that includes lots of role-playing and various activities.
Tartil Al Quran:
At MIS, we prioritize the learning of a few surahs with the quality provided by Attartile, rather than the mechanical learning of several surahs. It is a real pedagogical choice because we prefer that our students learn 10 surahs with excellent pronunciation following the norms of Attajwid, so they can take pleasure in reciting them throughout their lives. Instead of learning 30 surahs by heart without understanding the meaning or reciting them properly, even with mistakes.
However, parents are free to enroll their children in other programs for quantitative Surah learning.
We believe in fostering linguistic intelligence at our school. Our students learn five official languages, including French and Arabic, making them polyglots and ready for success on a global scale.
AMERICAN ENGLISH:
At our school, we place equal importance on English, French, and Arabic. Our students learn American English through a program taught by experienced American teachers, ensuring that they become proficient in all aspects of the language. Additionally, we offer Math and Science classes in English, taught by American teachers, providing our MIS Kindergarten and Primary International School students with essential educational opportunities.

We aim to improve this intelligence for our students.
SPANISH
As the third most spoken language in the world, Spanish holds significant importance, especially given our cultural proximity to neighboring Spanish-speaking countries. We acknowledge the beauty and relevance of this language and offer Spanish lessons as part of our curriculum.
CHINESE:
It is the new language taught in the best primary and secondary schools in the world!
To speak Chinese today is to be ready for the new path the world seems to be taking.
Our students will be ready from a young age.
Our goal is to accompany them step by step as they prepare for the HSK1 and HSK2 exams.
After their BAC, they will even be able to continue their higher education in China if they wish!

SPEED MATH :
Mathematics is a primary, fundamental subject in primary, secondary, and university education worldwide.

Robotics and programming:
With the fast development of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, drone cars, nanotechnology, and space travel, it is necessary that we prepare our MIS students to be actors in today’s and tomorrow’s development and not “simple consumers.”
This change of mindset must be instilled in children from an early age, which is why we have chosen to integrate programming and robotics into our MIS kindergarten and primary school.
In addition, it will develop their intellectual curiosity, concentration, perseverance, and teamwork.
We work with the most widely used program in the world.
The improvisation theater workshops in our school allow our students to :
- Develop their imagination and body expression through games.
- Improve their self-confidence, interact better with the world around them, or transcend their emotions: in many ways, theater allows children to assert themselves.
- Assisting them in presenting themselves to the world as they are, gaining confidence and security in themselves, and overcoming shyness.
Drama classes are taught in American English by our American teacher, Sally.
